[800]Local pickups have weird physics for non-master

Have two players join. The second player picks up a cube and lets go, it may fall a little or freeze in the air. You can push the floating cubes with other cubes. They aren't kinematic, just weird.

Fionna - What build is this occurring in? Current live 2019.2.4 is build 801. Latest beta 2019.2.5 is 804.

gg67: We tested on beta, pretty sure it's been around for a while though.

gg67: oh probably should have been marked 801. We first noticed it when releasing the climbing maps, it affected the pink crystals in the Depths. Still happens on Open Beta.
