When you spawn multiple objects in a world, late joiners will fail to see them all. It appears that buffered spawned objects are also affected by the 1 spawned object per second restriction.
If the instigator leaves the world, these spawned objects will not spawn for late joiners at all.

There are two buttons. One to spawn an object, and the other to increment a count. The count is only there to show that the Always trigger works as expected.
Join the world with two players. Click the spawn button multiple times. Have one player leave and re join the world. Not all spawn objects will appear for the new user.
