[845] Spawned Objects fail to spawn for late joiners

When you spawn multiple objects in a world, late joiners will fail to see them all. It appears that buffered spawned objects are also affected by the 1 spawned object per second restriction.
If the instigator leaves the world, these spawned objects will not spawn for late joiners at all.

There are two buttons. One to spawn an object, and the other to increment a count. The count is only there to show that the Always trigger works as expected.
Join the world with two players. Click the spawn button multiple times. Have one player leave and re join the world. Not all spawn objects will appear for the new user.

Aw man, sorry about the spawning issues!
SDK2 is no longer supported, but please let us know if you notice SDK3 exhibiting similar issues.

YAMI Tannenbaum has this. Today I decorated the tree with one ornament type and new people saw on sad lonely ornament. :(

I even tried adding a delay, but they do all go at the same time. it behaves like AlwaysBufferOnce in that each individual prefab only spawns once.

This is a huge pain to diagnose once you notice it happening and has broken several of my worlds. For example:
The point is to be able to spawn in ramps/platforms/etc and build things with them, but if someone joins afterward, they will see exactly one prefab spawned. Makes the whole world pretty much unplayable unless you never leave and don't invite anyone else. :/
