IK tracking causing issues... Still...
Mute or deaf players can not communicate via pens or paint tools.
Drawing in presentation rooms works only for local player.
You said you were going to fix it, and you said the problem was resolved.
It is not.
It has gotten a LITTLE better, but is still broken and unusable.

It's not local only, it can send data to other side, but it's just very poor system thanks to network IK reduced data rate speed. It only track when there are movements.
If you want talk, go to one of rooms made by VRChat: Presentation Room (not Plus! or Cross-play 3D Pen) or VrChat home room. Pencils there uses own developed code for writing / drawing.

I agree, the problem with snail markers/pens has not been fixed. Whenever I have used them, the people on the other end say that they can not decipher what it means and it just looks like a bunch of scribbles. The network IK is absolutely not fixed in terms of markers and I hope that the dev team looks more into it to make sure that markers work again, as mutes are a bit screwed at the moment without being able to have working and accurate writing.

Kizzy: I don't understand why there's no option to force local IK. Send your own IK to clients, and then calculate the rest locally the same as before. Cut down on network traffic for people who can run it without a performance hit. Plus would fix the pen issue.
