Quest Users cannot switch out of oversized avatars
complete

Issue:
avatars with massively oversized bounds will "lock out" the menu for quest (and pc) users and prevent them from switching with motion controllers, but, quest does not have the fallback ctrl+\ shortcut to "break out".
Replication:
enter into an avatar with massive bounds and attempt to switch out.
Possible quick resolution:
Making the safe mode shortcut (Both Triggers + Both Menu Buttons) change the user's local avatar to the robot as well as everyone else's would be a great workaround for these kinds of issues before the menu's selection issue can be corrected.

Since 2021.4.2, build 1156 we've implemented a new way to reset your avatar by holding both Quick Menu buttons when loading into a world this works for both standalone and PCVR users.

There seems to be a maximum distance that the menu can be accessed from. On giant avatars, the user's head is very far from the menu.
User workaround: lean in close to the menu to be able to press buttons in the menu
Developer fix: look for any required raycasts for a maximum value, look for any distance to camera checks
