Rigidbody component broken on avatars

Any rigidbody component attached on a part of a VRChat avatar seems to be disabled/no longer working after today's update (Not colliders, rigidbodies).
Was this intentional? Because it is still marked as whitelisted on avatars over at https://docs.vrchat.com/docs/whitelisted-avatar-components
Also, players now collide with particle effects be it from themselves or from the world ever since over a week, making them fly off and spaz out in the sky. Perhaps these two bugs are linked to one another? I'd like more info on this please

have problems with rigidbodies too, in my case for having bone structures moving in sync with my arms, over time they get displaced for no reason. Same with some rigidbodies that i used for moving a separate bone dedicated to knee of one of my avatars a bit more naturally, even with fixed position enabled it gets displaced over time from its initial position.

I have rigidbodies being used for the world space particle workaround, and those ones are still working for me, but I wonder whether this refers to a more specific use case.
