Improve access to custom avatars

The big cut off for a lot of beginners playing VRChat is that they do not have immediate, or even timely, access to the custom avatar system. Since there are "so many factors" in how the system allows you to upload avatars, how come we can not be aware of those factors? And adding blocks and kicks to the mix makes it to where trolls can make it near impossible to access that system. You are losing your beginners because you make it rigorous to access this kind of ability. My suggestion is improving how the system decides who gets a hold of avatar creation, and make it available right from the start or within a couple of hours of playing.

I think a nice compromise here could be a weighted vote reputation system. Those with higher rep and account age have a higher vote weight when vouching for an account. Trolls would simply not have a long account history or reputation enough to upvote or Sybil attack with fake accounts and would give incentive to maintain a "good" account. The friends system could be used along with account age and unlock custom avatars and even revoke the option if people down vote you with the current friend system. Just some thoughts here
