Youtube-dl updated on July 30th, YouTube videos no longer play at all on live or on open beta. Youtube-dl has been out of date on live for nearly two months now, but you could still play some certain videos. Now you can not play any videos at all.

Just update youtube-dl yourself you can also make a bat file that just loads it with -u and it will auto update
