I'm loving the beta and hoping nothing about it gets changed besides bug fixing. This is the most fun I've had on this game in months and communication is much easier. If I want to talk to newer people and help them or show them more about the game I know who to gravitate towards. Likewise, if I want to talk to people about things such as avatar creation and mapping I know who to talk to that will have a higher chance of knowing about those things. It's also very nice knowing that months of learning and sharing skills in the game gets shown as you rank up, it feels like recognition and appreciation. Please keep the ranking system.
