[1194] [BUG] sdk capsule colliders missing height setting

This bug was addressed and released in version VRChat 2022.2.1

I came here to report this too. VRC SDK 2022.04.26.15.46 is the latest version that I am aware of that had it. But I haven't checked any versions between that and 2022.05.04.17.47.
