Unable to join any worlds after system update on REDMI K80 (Android)

I am using a REDMI K80 with app version 2026.3.2p1-1902-20253ca7ae-Release I have been playing VRChat on this Android device for over 350 hours without any major issues. However, after a system update around early August (which brought a new version of HyperOS), I suddenly became unable to join any worlds, including the default home world. Whenever I try to enter a world, the loading progress bar gets stuck at 0% indefinitely.
I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them made any difference:
· Switching between different VPN accelerators and their nodes
· Toggling between Wi‑Fi and mobile data
· Checking VRChat server status (all systems appeared operational)
· Clearing the game cache
· Updating and reinstalling the game
· Disabling the "Let's Go" button
· Closing all background applications
· Logging out and back into my account
· Changing the DNS settings of my Wi‑Fi connection
· Disabling developer mode
Additionally, I tried installing older versions of VRChat that previously worked fine on this device, but the installation now fails with a message stating that the system is incompatible with those versions.
I strongly suspect that the issue is related to the new HyperOS update, particularly a possible change in the underlying network stack that intercepts or blocks VPN‑service‑type applications. Since VRChat relies on VPN‑like connections for networking, this could be the root cause. I would kindly request that the VRChat team look into compatibility improvements for HyperOS to resolve this problem.
