Instead of constantly taking down certain.. avatars. You could just set certain 'special' avatars to require your account to be age verified. So that way no avatars have to be taken down and money be wasted, you can also give a warning pop-up for certain avatars if need be, like flashing lights or lots of polygons or whatever.
