All my Avatar parameters seem to meet medium rank, but the final Windows display shows 'very poor'
What are the ways to deal with this problem?

Does your avatar use multiple materials or shaders and switch between them while VRChat is running?
The performance stats display is usually unable to accurately calculate the VRAM usage of material switches, but the performance rank should be accurate.
