Black-Transparent Assers

So, the avatars I wear are fairly old, and some use image assets with transparent backgrounds. There's black replacing the transparency, making it look all bugged .Is there a way I could, or if you could fix it?
Edit:
-I do not know when these were released, possibly 2022-2023.
-No, these avatars are not my own, so I would not be able to edit them.
-I do not have the avatar ID's since I am actually pretty new to the game, and haven't seen an ID number.
-The screenshots below are some of the avatars I've had trouble with, and these are the same problem for with my quest 3. I am unsure if I should turn up the download file size, or maybe it's an error with the shading?

Can you please provide more details? For example:
When were the avatars uploaded? Did you upload them yourself and have access to the source files? What's the avatar ID?
