Cannot Delete Uploaded Avatar from VRChat (Malformed URL & SDK3.0 Issue)

I want to delete an avatar that I uploaded to VRChat using Unity.
I tried deleting it from both the VRChat website and Unity SDK 3.0 Content Manager, but encountered the following issues:
On the VRChat website, I get an error message saying "malformed URL."
In the Unity SDK, the avatar reappears immediately after deletion.
How can I completely remove this avatar from VRChat?
