[FEEDBACK] Blink/eyelid handling should support animator inputs

The viseme handling supports providing an input to the animation controller, allowing for fine control of how they are animated, but eyelids only support bones and blend shapes. In my case, I want to turn _off_ some blend shapes at the same time as turning on the blink blend shapes, which would be a lot easier if I could directly feed the blink triggers into an animator.

This would be really useful since there are also settings that control what happens when you look from above or below
