SDK world image preview partially gray

New to SDK 2019.03.07.12.19
Description: In world upload UI, with "Upload Image" checked the thumbnail preview is grey-ish and not representing actual image.
Cause: in previous SDK versions 'ScreenCaptureImage' UI object used to be pushed forward with Z pos of -10, now its at 0 which makes the VRCCam preview z-fight with the main panel.

xxx_red_xxx: Shouldn't have to. Shouldn't have to do it each time. Wasn't an issue before no reason for it to be an issue now. Not everyone will be able to fix it or have the knowledge to. If it's easily fixed they can do it.

Aaron Franke: Edit the prefab for the upload screen so that the preview image is slightly in FRONT of the canvas. Though I think this has probably been long fixed by now, I still use an old SDK out of laziness to update so I wouldn't know.
