Steps to reproduce:
* Create a new Project
or
* click "Manage Project" on an existing Project
Expecting behaviour:
Latest Version colum should show latest lersion (commonly highest Version number) and/or update to latest version
Current behaviour:
* VRChat Package Resolver Tool shows 0.1.9 instead of 0.1.17
* VRChat SDK - Base shows 3.1.11 instead of 3.1.13
* VRChat SDK - Avatars shows 3.1.11 instead of 3.1.13
* Gesture Manager shows 3.8.2 instead of 3.8.3
* Avatars 3.0 Manager shows 2.0.18 instead of 2.0.19
* AudioLink shows 0.3.0 instead of 0.3.2
