New utility animator for Impostors

So at the time of this writing the SDK for Impostors is not live yet, but I've read the documentation of all the new components that will be added. To add more flexibility to this system, I propose adding a new impostor utility animator slot in the avatar descriptor (next to those, ikpose, and sitting). That way avatar creators can animate a specific pose and state of the avatar for capture as an imposter. This would allow creators to pose physbones into natural looking resting states, and also allow for hiding, showing, or even moving objects that may interfere with imposteriszation. Tails could be animated into resting states, wings could be animated into folding down, parts using constants could be hidden.
