google play page say "Your devide is not compatible with this version" despite having a phone with android 11 and 8GB of ram, why is that?

(its a nord 2, which is a fairly recent phone)

I am still having the same issue. My device is Xiaomi 12 Pro with 8GB of RAM, running on Android 13.
As a supplement, my Xiaomi 12 Pro has the following caveats:
・It is a Chinese version with a global ROM.
・Play Protect Certification is not certified.
・Bootloader unlocked.
・CTS profile of SafetyNet is not matched.

exact device name is "DN2103"

Because it only runs on Andriod 9 max. The requirement is Android 10 and 6Gb of RAM.
