Adjustable finger splay

With the recently added skeletal input system, controller users now have a much wider estimated splay than before. This wasn't accounted for on many avatars, and fingers can frequently end up looking broken.
A new option to adjust this splay on a per-avatar basis should be added. 0% would be the finger splay prior to the open beta, and 100% would be how the splay is now. Users would be able to finely adjust between these values based on preference.

It's not just wider, it's also different for each hand.
For example on this picture the left's hand fingers are more apart of each other than the right's hand fingers.
(also the controller models are visible for some reason when I turn on the camera)
