Groups should be able to upload stickers that you can copy to your current stickerbook.

In a perfect world, you could treat them like Discord emojis, where you can use them from whatever group you're in directly, but I can't think of a good UX for that. So, instead, they should be treated like shared stickers, where you click it and it gets added to your set.
