[1534] "Reset user data" button does not appear on first join to a world

- Join a world that uses persistence, for which you currently have no saved data
- Inside the world, open the world's details page.
Expected behavior: The "Reset user data" button should be present
Actual behavior: The button is missing until you rejoin the world.
