[1604] Too much doppler effect even in tiny distance

- The 1Hz tone start flanging and wobble.
This shouldn't happen even in small room, It sounds like the sound travel 10 times slower than real life.
This is not an ideal effect that happened in IRL. For comparison, You can replicate this test in real life.
- Grab some stereo speakers and be in a small-medium sized room.
- Play the same audio above.
- Run or walk around inside the room.

I think the biggest problem in VRChat is that movement speed is VERY high. We do not walk or even run IRL at speeds we do in vrchat. Additionally the acceleration is almost instantaneous, which makes doppler even more noticable.
I don't think we can make doppler use realistic values and retain these speeds...
