[11731] 'Avatar Measurement' button doesn't properly update initially upon fresh start of client

Repro steps:
1.) Choose to calibrate either in 'by height' or 'by arm span' mode
2.) restart client
3.) upon fresh start, recalibrate as normal as the first thing you immediately do. (client should still remember the last mode used before restart)
4.) go to 'cogwheel' settings tab and try toggling to other measurement mode
result: measurement button doesn't update properly to reflect the other mode you should be in. unaware if it's just the button itself not updating or if that is also reflected in the mode not actually updating either.
Seems to be fixed though if you try toggling while in calibration mode.
