Desktop IK reacts past clamped head rotation

The head on desktop is limited to -35-45~ degrees of up/down motion from a third person view. The BetaIK does not take this limit into account, and will push the entire body forward/back once you've looked past that outside limit.

I believe this is fixed in build 11922. (I attempted to fix a potential cause, but I wasn't able to reproduce this issue so please confirm if it's fixed now for you)
