I'm not actually banned... I think the site is just bugged.
Anyway, if you login with 2FA, and if you need to re-accept the EULA, you'll be redirected to the banned page upon a successful login instead of the home page.
As far as I can see, the login does go through normally, so simply opening vrchat.com/home will result in the proper homepage.
