Have a different UI for people confirmed by VRChat as minors with a button they can push if they feel something inappropriate is happening to them that either starts recording and automatically uploads the video to a VRC employee (that way they know for sure consent was NOT given by the minor and it shows proof of that) or summons a moderator in invisible mode so they can monitor the behavior and decide accordingly, or both?
