Even after many attempts i appear not to be alive enough to prove I'm in fact....myself.
I'm well aware that i look (and feel) like a zombie, but did not know it was that bad.
Tried all tips on the website, Different lighting, positions, and re scans of my id.
But still, not alive enough.
And am now unable to retry again. So what to do?

I think you are tho one of the few unlucky people seeing it works for most even me when I had my troll face on.
That's tech for you, awesome most of the times, but sometimes human interaction is needed.
Else if you get the reply to try again if they just reset your tries I'll just throwing it out there to use another phone with better camera (just incase) and prey the gods you had enough sleep.
