If you are 18+ Verified, NSFW content should not be bannable! If a user is under the age of 18, the avatar should be shown as a fall back avatar!

I feel like this is a good idea, but it should be something that can be added during the avatar creation/upload. We already upload "different" avis for quest and PC so why not make an additional toggle during upload for 18+, so people can toggle it for people that are 18+ and don't want to see stuff like that.
