Persona fails to recognise my ID

The automated system Persona uses fails to identify any form of ID I provide. Despite using every form of ID that’s available to me and trying it under different lighting conditions I get the same result.
This system seems to have no way of falling back on some other form of age verification. The extent of customer support I’ve gotten on this subject so far is being told to try again.
Are there plans to provide alternative methods of age verification so that people don’t get unfairly excluded through no fault of their own?

Persona is the system I work with almost daily, and it is, unfortunately, far from perfect. There are many factors at play, and it's unlikely that any party will share any reason why some attempts get declined to prevent creating a possible fraud vector.
There is no ideal solution for this as the manual verification is very resource intensive process and requires specialized staff. Other than hiring more people that can actually handle the review process, only other partnered verification platform may provide alternative ways to verify age, but then it's two systems, more quirks and even more vectors.
I'm hoping VRChat team goes the manual review path with actual people making decisions based on objectivity and the situation of the individual user.

My situation requires alternative verification methods too or adding more ID to Persona, but Persona relocated my question to VRChat, and VRChat support had an AI generated answer which basically told me nothing can be done, your situation is too unique and there is no solution yet provided, wow. Didn't expect AI assistant to be sorry for my situation instead of an answer with a solution ahahah

Update: Nothing has changed, I am still having this issue, and it is becoming more and more of a problem.

Yep Im having the same issue. and if i make a capture too high quality resolution i have to ****ing downscale it which makes it not be able to read. or i get too high quality error. wtf is going on. wish i didnt pay for vrchat+. persona is an awful system
