VRchat support is completely useless and closes tickets without doing anything. I don't understand why I paid $10 a month.

The age verification situation is just ridiculously absurd. Persona has no idea what to do with my document (my passport is simply not in their bot's recognition system) and nothing helps. They tell me to contact VR Chat support. I contacted VR Chat support and asked them to verify my age personally with a live person, but they keep sending me new links to Persona and closing my tickets as if they had helped me. It's ridiculous, I haven't been able to confirm my age for a year now, even though I'll soon be turning 30...
