[1061] VRC_SyncVideoStream - Pause, Fast Forward/Rewind and Resync RPCs broken

As of build 1061 which updated VRChat's version of AVPro, VRC_SyncVideoStream which makes use of it seems to be having issues with a few of its RPCs.
The fast forward and rewind rpcs, as well as the resync and pause rpc, instead of doing what they are supposed to do, causes the video to restart instead.
Reproduction steps:
- Go to any world that uses VRC_SyncVideoStream player, such as https://vrchat.com/home/world/wrld_fff5d510-fc53-4e88-9d4e-1e0e45a17aff
- Play any video, direct link or youtube etc ( regular videos, not livestreams)
- Use fast forward, rewind, resync or pause
- Video restarts instead of doing the intended behavior
Updating to the latest version of SDK2 has no effect and the above issues persist. (VRCSDK2-2021.03.09.13.58_Public)

Thank you for your report, and sorry about the issues you're experiencing!
SDK2 is no longer supported, but please let us know if you're experiencing similar issues in SDK3.

Still an issue two months later. The only way now to fast forward is by using Udon 3.0 video players, but those come with their own share of different problems. Also, converting an entire 2.0 world to 3.0 isn't so simple for people unfamiliar with Udon, so I really hope this issue is being looked at and not just forgotten since it's SDK2 stuff, which I'm not even sure is being updated anymore?

Very much a problem for my group. Also experiencing a significant increase in frequency of occurrences where individuals in a group stop seeing the video due to the screen either going black or the video just stopping out of nowhere that may be related.
