[1319] uploaded avatars not height clamped.

If a user has a upload avatar above 100M their height does not get clamped to the max height allowed.
This causes an discrepancy with Remote view of the player having their avatar clamped to 100m. while locally the user sees themselves bigger.

I see that "Avatars larger than 100m do not show correctly to other players" got merged with this one.
I had upvoted the other post but not this one, and that was because I felt that this post was proposing the wrong solution to the problem.
VRC should be fixing the bug causing this discrepancy, not hiding it behind arbitrary limits.

AirGamer: exactly, its a shame too that there hasnt been any word on this since theyve broken it with the scaling update

Another issue with this is that certainly size worlds are made for avatars bigger than 100 meters. So not even udon can accommodate that currently. As long as manually uploaded avatar sizes are clamped, there are gonna be some worlds that are broken by this issue

SpaceJackalTim: I am curious about these worlds meant for really big avatars

How do we know this is a bug and not vrchat saying the usual..."hmmm that's odd, anyway, you shouldn't even be able to do that in the first place".
Miles Tormani
UwUNice: The last official word that was given, to my recollection, was that you should be able to upload and use avatars that are beyond the normal caps, assuming there is no restriction being set on the world. (I have other issues with worlds having final say in private instances but that's not the scope of this bug report)
Regardless, irrespective of VRChat's stance, there's no logical intended reason for the local and remote player to see two different sizes, so this pretty much has to be a bug.

I see that these posts got merged. I feel like the other post had a bit of a different take. This post makes it sound like the bug is that locally the avatar isnt clamped and that it should be clamped. The merged post was more approaching it from the angle that remote users see the avatar clamped and that that behaviour shouldn't be the case.
Personally i think the avatar shouldn't be clamped for manually uploaded sizes at all unless a world activity sets the size through udon.

Merged in a post:
Avatars larger than 100m do not show correctly to other players
Miles Tormani
- Upload or find large avatar (200m is sufficient to see issue)
- Set up private instance with other player willing to test with
- Switch to large avatar
Expected result: both players see avatar at same size
Actual result: player using avatar sees self at 200m, other player sees first player at 100m but floating 100m above ground.
Only tested on PC but likely happens on Quest as well.

I have same problem avatar does not loading correctly.
At first, during like 0.1sec, big avatar appears than briefly changed to last small avatar and floating in the sky. DEV team should fix this problem. We need not only normal size but also big(i mean sometimes really big) avatars.
SpaceJackalTim
Tupper had said on twitter that "You can still upload avatars of any size even we say we dont support this".
So this likely is unintended behaviour on the remote users side. Really annoying that this is the case currently, i hope they fix it soon.

They have stated that uploading beyond the udon limits will still be possible. But if remote users see a clamped version of it, then thats definitely a bug that should be fixed
