[1766] Queued items spawn in from previous world

BIG BIG NOTE: This was during the capacity stress test to give extra context
- Joined the instance
- Items got stuck loading saying "Queued"
- Got disconnected from "The VRChat Anti-Cheat system has failed too many times for you lately." (2025.12.01 22:44:01)
- I get booted back to my homeworld
- All the items that were queued in the previous world spawn in as soon as I join

For context/clarification: The 1st picture in OP (

) was from an instance hosted by a VRChat developer/admin (TCL / TCL987) in the group named Instance Capacity Stress Tests (MAXCAP.0939), in 1's Optimized Box world as part of a Featured event. These instances had a maximum population cap of 999 players.The queued items on the floor in that picture were Campfires, as seen spawning in

(2nd picture). Those were queued, and should've not have spawned in OP's home world.WubTheCaptain
There were approximately 210-260 players in that 1's Optimized Box instance at the time; Hitches per Net Tick were ~300 (Intrvl ~0.4), up until the instance stabilized again (speech returned) and clients had Intrvl ~20 (except for the last ~6 players who joined, with Intrvl ~9).
