[916] Red status/Do not disturb: Request Invite cannot get reply

If I am in a red status, and request invite on a friend, I should be able to get the Invite reply, even though I am red.
If losing the response to an invite request is intended behavior, please disable the Req Invite button while in red status so there is no confusion.
