A larger trigger overlapping with a smaller one causes interaction conflicts
closed
Waai!
When a large trigger zone (such as an enter/exit trigger used for local culling) completely envelops a smaller one, VR users will typically have trouble highlighting the smaller trigger with their hands and be unable to interact with interactive objects like buttons as a result. Desktop users generally won't experience this problem.
The current workarounds involve making trigger walls or double-layered hollow trigger boxes, but these solutions are inelegant. A fix would be much appreciated.

Chiming in to say this is still an issue. It's especially annoying if you're using large volumes to detect local player in udon.

Please provide the version number you're experiencing this on, as detailed in http://bit.ly/vrchat-bug-reports.

Try switching the layer of the trigger collider surrounding it to MirrorReflection, it should work.
