[API] Group+ instances don't show up when navigated to through the world menu

Scenario A:
- Open worlds list
- Navigate to desired world
- Group+ instance is not listed (but this would list invite-only and friends-only instances if there were any, this behavior is therefore inconsistent with scenario B)
Scenario B:
- Open groups list
- Navigate to group
- Navigate to instances list of group
- Click on instance
- Group+ instance is listed and pre-selected
The in-app UI queries the list of instances through the
worlds/<id>
API endpoint which appears to not return Group+ instances regardless of the viewer being a member of the group or having a friend in the instance.Photo Viewer
