"Avatar not available" cannot be selected to be unfavorited

One of the avatars in my favorites list has become "Avatar not available".
I would like to remove this avatar from my favorites.
- When I click on Avatar tab, and I click on the "Avatar not available" icon on PC to select it, then the 3D avatar preview still shows the currently worn avatar, and the button displays a grayed out "Favorite 16/16"
- When I click on Avatar tab, and I click on any other favorite avatar, and I click on the "Avatar not available" icon on PC to select it, then the 3D avatar preview still shows the previously selected favorite avatar, and the button displays a clickable "Unfavorite 16/16"

Since the update adding support for fallback avatars it has become impossible to unfavorite avatars the have been deleted or made private since first favorited.
I have one wasted favorite slot I'd like to get back...

I can't unfavorite PC avatars. As soon I got the spider and the Goomba avatar, I can't unfavorite them.

I recently had one of my favorites avatars be banned, and it will not let me unfavorite the avatar. This issue is happening to my friends as well. The favorite button is greyed out on the avatar and will not let me get rid of it.

As a user, I want to be able to unfavorite/favorite an avatar. It does work before, but yesterday, I was unable to unfavorite an "Avatar not available".
Steps taken:
- When I clicked on the "Avatar not available" on my primary list then,
- clicked on "Unfavorite 16/16", the changes doesn't reflect to the list.

So an avatar I had in my favorites list was taken down. I can't unfavorite it at all in any way thorugh headset or computer.
Have a favorite avatar, have it removed, attempt to unfavorite.
Expected: Avatar is removed from list.
Actual: button to unfavorite avatar is unclickable
