Eye tracking broken when using full body tracking
complete
John H
Eye tracking is broken when in full body tracking mode.
In the current release client eye tracking only works when in calibration mode.
---
In the beta (as of 03/10/2017) Eye tracking… kinda works. In specific cases.
Working:
full body local (viewed in mirror)
standard local
standard remote (viewed by others)
---
Not working:
full body remote
full body calibrate

This has been indeed fixed in 2018.2.3, and this post will be updated once that patch is Live.

I would also add some info
Others can see eyes tracking when i change avatar and it's in Tpose just before i attach myself to it, after attaching eye tracking stops. I can see eyes moving for me in mirror but nobody else can.
It would be awesome if this could be fix, eye tracking make avatars feel much more alive, they looks soulless without it

This one is kind of old but wanted to add my little bits here.
Full Body tracking (1 on the hip and 1 on each foot, plus two controllers and 1 HMD. Vive.) This results in the eye tracking and blinking no longer functioning for other people.
It still works for the user in the mirror and looks OK.
No one else can see it.
Taking the exact same model and using it without the hip or feet trackers (Just the HMD and the two controllers) allows the Eye tracking and blinking to function again for other people.
Thanks!
