Failure to connect to your home world drops you in a public instance of your home world

When loading vrchat during a network disruption, it's possible that the initial connect to your home world fails; when this happens, vrchat will fall back to joining a public instance of that same world. The above log shows this happening (several other people had the same thing happen to them and joined the same public instance).

This has been an issue for quite some time. I reported this exact issue back in March because it was making unpublished worlds accessible by default rather than remaining as a private instance. It may be a difficult one to fix. Hopefully your logs provide some new information on the issue.
