I frequently get timeouts when logging in and entering my home world and when trying to enter a world where my friends are.
Reboot PC, restart LAN, update graphics board drivers, switch from IPv6 to IPv4, reinstall game itself.

I am also Japanese and for the past week I have been experiencing timeouts when I try to connect to the world, I can log in but cannot connect to the world.
This started happening suddenly about a week ago.
In my environment this symptom occurs in both VR mode and desktop mode (quest2).
