In some cases Master only triggers are able to be activated by everyone

Expected behaviour only maste is able to activate the trigger.
Current behavious everyone is able to activate the trigger.
It doesn't seem to be happen with every world, but I haven't been able to figure out what exactly causes it to break yet. Will update this canny with more info if discovered.
Test world (The vcr player under the tv in front of the spawn point):

Still an issue, the logs report that the request is blocked, but the player still stops.

As you can guess the buttons are master only and now everyone is able to press them with unexpected results

Had the same issue last night with some random person coming in and screwing with the video controls while we were watching something despite it being a video player that is master only.
