Log into default Home on Quest if user's home world is not Quest-compatible

The world set as my home world is not Quest-compatible, so when I try to log in on the Quest, I am kicked into and out of the loading screen infinitely.
Expected Behavior: If the Quest user's home world is not Quest-compatible, send them to the default Home world.

Fixed in 2019.4.1, which is currently in Open Beta. We don't have a Quest Open Beta, so this can't be tested by Community, but we've internally verified this is fixed.
