Manage Action Menu Looks Bug

Description
Everytime I try to click Manage Action Menu in the avatar looks category, nothing happens, it doesn't open the little menu meant to add looks to my action menu, preventing me from adding looks to my Action Menu.
Reproduction Steps
Open Mini/Large Menu, go to Avatars, Looks, then press "Manage Action Menu", and then nothing happens.

I am unable to use the Looks Menu and access edit in the Actions Menu.

After the new update quests users are unable to add looks to the action wheel. It takes them to the big menu and from there tells them to “manage action menu” where you arent able to.

Description
my bug is dealing with vrchats new looks features ,that was just fine before, and now all my looks,looks broke nothings working ,if anything, looks has my stuff saved stuck and all my avis in my wheel are cleared and cant be re-added on it, !HELP!
Reproduction Steps
I open my wheel menu, then it shows me that all my looks are gone, its been cleared, An its stuck as a plus sign., And i cant add anything new or old too my looks its stuck broken and the new button that you guys added missed it up ,pleaseee! put it back the way the looks was i cant even use this anymore.
