Occasionally, other players become invisible (other than their nametag) and inaudible. Example screenshot showing two such players: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9hq42new0k5ewgk/20190516204755_1.jpg?dl=0
I'll be sending the output log to support@vrchat.com. Shortly before the timestamp of this screenshot, the following lines were in the log:

Is this still being observed?
@Tupper - Community Manager: Haven't seen it happen recently.
@Tupper - Community Manager: It's definitely more rare but I do see it happen
@Tupper - Community Manager: What I've seen happen recently is more of the person's avatar teleports far away rather than the person disappearing. Sometimes it gets stuck like that and other times it comes back after it finishes loading.
@Tupper - Community Manager: Haven't seen this happen in the last two weeks or so.
@Tupper - Community Manager: it seems better for sure.
@Tupper - Community Manager: It has happened in 825, yes. Though only once since the update to 825.
@Tupper - Community Manager: It's infrequent but it happens.
It effects Full Body users more frequently than others.
It has something to do with moving really fast across the map, like moving through a door.
Yep. This happens to me too
This is extra bad if you are someone who turns off nameplates. I keep finding myself learning someone is next to me and I am talking over them.
I think it's some issue with the networked IK that launches their model very far away and since the mic audio comes from their mouths they can't be heard from that far away. Hiding and unhiding their avatar fixes it, but usually the bug just comes back.
Im on the end of being invisible to people, my model is completely optimized for the quest, And i just vanish. But my other model the quest users see me fling into the sky.
Also, in the submitted output log, this issue happened intermittenly again with the user Namas around 21:53. Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lyuiy9mpsav4ojs/20190516215335_1.jpg?dl=0
It's also worth noting that depending on the person, the players that are invisible differ. In particular, rejoining the instance will (at least temporarily) fix the issue.
Might be a coincidence, but when I adjusted my playspace to look below the floor to see if otoko_tenshi's avatar was offset below, they became visible again.
This issue might be related to the same issue i have in which i am no longer able to use the voice audio channel to hear or speak after a average amount of time (60 seconds) (unless i rejoin the instance of a world )..up to now logs say it is network related which the current tests from support are pointing out is not the case ( connection to services are fast and stable)
