Photo camera moves at a different rate then the player when held and locomoting

Confirmed the problem. The last update has strange effect on own camera, it's not more rocksolid. It gets even worser when room is busy.
Rotation and strafe are also not nice, camera moves in weird way. Even if you put camera locked in global world, and you move around, you will see the camera cannot keep it solid and moves around too much in sort of rubberbanding effect.
What happened with the camera in the last update? Never seen it since 2018, now camera is like rubber at your hand, it's like not more part of yourself but more part of world (sort of separated camera).
