PhysSound event networking is Buffered

I recently learned that PhysSound network events are configured to be buffered. This configuration can lead to the buffering of hundreds or thousands of Events in active instances.
These buffered events appear to cause performance issues.

SDK2's PhysSound won't be receiving further updates. However, a lot of what PhysSound did can be done with Udon, too! Please let us know if you have any further feedback.
