If you pull the lower trigger on the Oculus Touch controllers to about half way, (the point that triggers picking up an item), the game will pick up and drop that item again every frame. It also happens as you open your hand. This causes frustration when handling items with both hands, as when you let go of fist with the hand that was previously holding the item, you often grab it for one frame, causing it to fly towards your hand and across the room.

I'm certain that this started happening a few months ago, I seem to remember a big SteamVR update around the same time, so it might have been caused by that.
