Real-time Lights Issue on Baked Lightmaps on Quest and Mobile Platforms

There are issues with real-time lights (e.g., flashlights) shining on baked lightmaps in VRChat on Quest and mobile platforms. This problem occurs in multiple worlds, particularly those with many surfaces to bake (e.g., large rooms with many walls).
This issue started not too long ago as I was able to have working flashlights on these worlds that are now broken. Some of these affected worlds are on the newest SDK and unity versions recommended. While some others have not been updated in over a year and broke at the same time as all the rest.

Sweet jesus i have been troubleshooting this for days i thought i was losing my mind. Realtime lighting is borked in these worlds i am on 2022.3.22f1 and using the newest beta VRchat and current production build with the same issues. I have a pic of me sitting in front of the furry hideouts realtime lighting in front of the mirror. It is affecting any avatar i try it on. This is affecting PC worlds aswell.

Absolutely. It's been effecting lots of worlds and even one I'm working on too. Us devs know the pain and we work hard too to deal with this and fix it on our end but in the end it's just something that needs to be fixed by y'all. I understand y'all also work hard, but this is a big problem that needs a fix sooner rather than later
