SpawnObject Trigger becomes non-functional after indeterminate amount of time.

Hey everyone!
I'm having a strange issue with Spawning at the moment. The way I have mine setup is, Spawner Object -> OnInteract -> Spawn Prefab -> Prefab set to DestroyObject (itself) after 120 seconds. And that works just fine, I spawn a bunch of objects, two minutes pass, and they start destroying. I can keep spawning them after the initial wave, but if I lets say take 5 minutes to go do something else, come back, the Spawner object still shows as being interactable but on interacting with it nothing then happens.
This seems like a bug, but if there is a better way to accomplish this sort of task I would appreciate being clued in to that, thanks for your time!

Same issue here.
I captured video and checked logfile that says strange line output.
